However, many of our clients have experienced issues when upgrading to the latest version of their EHR software. When one bug is exterminated, another might be introduced. There are also many questions about what a patch or new version might entail.

We guide our clients through each upgrade, from scheduling to post-upgrade support to breaking down new or changing functionality. We even help them avoid possible headaches by having them NOT upgrade, when possible.
